RISK DISCLOSURE

Risk Disclosure

Read this carefully before using Tradynx.

⚠ HIGH-RISK ACTIVITY

Trading futures contracts is highly speculative and involves a substantial risk of loss. You can lose more than your initial deposit. Tradynx is suitable only for those who understand and accept this risk.

1. No investment advice

Tradynx is a software system that generates and executes systematic trading signals on NQ futures contracts. The content on this website, the system's outputs, performance data, and any communication from Tradynx do not constitute investment advice, financial advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell any financial instrument.

2. No guarantee of returns

Past performance is not indicative of future results. Backtest results, walk-forward validation, and out-of-sample tests reflect historical conditions and do not guarantee that the system will achieve comparable results in live markets.

Any performance figure shown on this website — including win rate, profit factor, or P&L — is illustrative and subject to change. Real-world execution introduces slippage, commission, latency, and market conditions that may differ materially from simulations.

3. Risk of total loss

Futures trading is conducted with leverage, which amplifies both gains and losses. A single adverse market movement can result in losses that exceed your initial margin deposit.

Only trade with capital you can afford to lose entirely. Do not use funds required for living expenses, debt payments, or essential obligations.

4. Market and system risks

Risks include but are not limited to:

Market risk: sudden price gaps, volatility spikes, liquidity dry-ups, geopolitical events.
System risk: software bugs, server outages, connectivity loss, exchange feed delays.
Execution risk: slippage, partial fills, rejected orders, exchange downtime.
Model risk: validation layers may fail to detect a regime change in time. Strategies can stop working without warning.
Counterparty risk: broker insolvency, prop-firm restrictions, account termination.

5. Regulatory status

Tradynx is a private software project operated by an individual sole proprietor in Germany. Tradynx is not a licensed investment firm, not an asset manager, and not a broker-dealer. Tradynx does not manage client funds, does not have discretion over your accounts, and does not offer investment services within the meaning of MiFID II, the German Securities Trading Act (WpHG), or the Banking Act (KWG).

Any execution occurs in your own broker or prop-firm account, controlled and authorised exclusively by you.

6. Your responsibility

You are solely responsible for your trading decisions, your capital allocation, and your compliance with local laws and regulations. Before using any trading system, including Tradynx, you should:

— Understand the mechanics of futures contracts and leverage.
— Verify whether systematic or automated trading is permitted in your jurisdiction.
— Consult an independent licensed financial advisor if appropriate.
— Test thoroughly in a simulated environment before committing real capital.

7. No liability

Tradynx, its operator, and any affiliated parties accept no liability for losses, damages, missed opportunities, or any consequence — direct or indirect — arising from the use of this website, the Tradynx system, its signals, or its performance data.

8. Acknowledgement

By using Tradynx or signing up for the waitlist, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted this Risk Disclosure in full, and that you accept all responsibility for the consequences of any decisions you make based on the system.
