Refund Policy

Fair conditions for a software product that customers can copy and keep.

The principle

Tradynx is sold as source code — once delivered, the buyer receives a permanent copy and access to a private repository. We honour a 30-day money-back guarantee for buyers who, in good faith, find the system does not work for them. We do not issue refunds to buyers who used the system and now want both the code and their money back.

  • Within 30 days of purchase
  • You made a good-faith setup attempt following the install guide (Python 3.13+, dependencies, configuration)
  • You contacted support at least once and gave us the opportunity to help resolve the issue
  • You have not executed live trades using the system on any account
✗ REFUND DECLINED IF ANY OF
  • More than 30 days have passed since purchase
  • You have executed one or more live trades using the system
  • You never attempted setup or never contacted support
  • The reason is "the system is not profitable" — Tradynx makes no profit guarantee, and trading performance is never grounds for refund
  • You have redistributed, resold, or reverse-engineered the code to circumvent license protection (the license agreement is breached, and additional remedies may apply)

We respond within two business days. If approved, we revoke your license, remove your access to the private repository, and process the refund through Lemonsqueezy within seven business days.

After 30 days

After 30 days, no refunds are issued. For the Standard tier, you retain your code and your 12 months of updates. For the Founder Lifetime tier, you retain your code and lifetime updates indefinitely.

If a critical bug arises in the system that we cannot fix within a reasonable timeframe, we will discuss options on a case-by-case basis — but the standard policy ends at 30 days.

Subscription renewals

Standard-tier customers may purchase an annual update subscription ($97/year) after their initial 12 months. Subscription renewals follow the same 30-day refund window from the renewal date. Cancellation stops future billing immediately; the current paid period continues until expiry.

License revocation

When a refund is processed, your license key is revoked and your access to the private GitHub repository is removed. The code you have already cloned locally will continue to run for up to 7 days before the license check fails, after which the system will exit on startup.

Disputes

If you disagree with a refund decision, please reply to the refund confirmation email with additional context. We review every borderline case individually. If we still cannot reach agreement, you may pursue the matter through Lemonsqueezy's standard dispute process or your payment provider's chargeback procedure.
